Finishing the underside of a deck can create a secondary outdoor living space. Trex Rainescape® is a water drainage system installed over the top of your wood deck framing, creating a dry space below your deck and also preventing mold, mildew, and rot on your wood deck framing.

The underside can then be finished with a soffit ceiling including electrical options such as can lights or a ceiling fan.
